Service
EduSphere provides academic analytics and AI-assisted tools to educational institutions.
Decision support
AI outputs are informational and must be reviewed by authorized staff. They are not guarantees of outcomes and should not be the sole basis for high-stakes decisions about students.
Credits and payment
AI features consume organization credits. Plans are paid through a hosted payment link and are activated once the payment provider confirms payment.
Responsibilities
Institutions are responsible for the lawfulness of the data they import and for the users they authorize.

Liability, termination and governing-law terms are to be finalized with legal counsel.
