Data we process
Account details (name, email), organization membership, and the academic data your institution imports or creates: students, courses, enrollments, grades, attendance, learning activity, assessments and AI outputs.
Roles
The institution decides what data to bring into EduSphere and who can access it. EduSphere processes that data to provide the service.
AI processing
To produce analyses, relevant academic information is sent to the AI provider (Google Gemini). We minimize this: names, emails and external IDs are replaced by reference tokens, and only the evidence needed for each operation is included.
Access
Access is limited by role and organization at the database level. Staff-only analytical signals such as risk categories are not shown to students.
